The route from the airport to the Teerthbazaar in Ayodhya has been divided into five zones, 13 sub-zones, and 41 sectors. This detailed delineation aims to ensure a smooth and secure passage for the Prime Minister during his visit. Additionally, there are 24 static magistrate points to oversee the proceedings, with 22 reserved magistrates to be deployed as needed.
Administrative Oversight and Arrangements
The responsibility for overseeing the PM’s fleet during his three-hour stay in Ramnagri rests with two Additional District Magistrates and one Deputy Collector-level officer. Among the designated officials, ADM Bhoomi Adhyapak Surjit Singh, ADM Nyayik Barabanki Indrasen Yadav, and Deputy Collector Sanjeev Kumar Yadav from Sultanpur will manage these responsibilities.
Travel Segments and Key Locations
The route from the airport to Ayodhya comprises several zones and sectors, including zones divided into sub-sections from the airport to various landmarks. The PM will depart from Gate No. 3 of the airport, traveling through designated areas till Teerthbazaar, the final stop on his route.
Facilities and Security Measures
To ensure adequate monitoring, seven safe houses have been designated, including locations like the vicinity of Lata Mangeshkar Chowk, irrigation department guesthouse near Saryu Atithi Griha, and the Ram Katha Park. Medical facilities have also been arranged, with emergency medical centers at Shriram Hospital, Darshan Nagar Medical College, and the Masaudha Community Health Center.
