Reema Kagti's directorial sports drama film produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment. Gold stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role along with Mouni Roy, Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh and Vineet Singh. The film set to hit screens on 15 August (Independence Day) along with Kangana Ranaut's ambitious Manikarnika.
