Mumbai, India – August 2025: Acclaimed Indian actress Ulka Gupta is set to receive the Top 50 Indian Icon Awards 2025 in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the entertainment industry. Along with this prestigious honour, she will also be conferred the Standard Degree of Vidhavachaspati by Vikramshila Hindi Vidyapeeth during the ceremony.
The grand event, directed by Bollywood filmmaker Dushyant Pratap Singh, marks the fifth edition of the Top 50 Indian Icon Awards and will be held on 16 September 2025 at 6:00 PM at the ISKCON Auditorium, Juhu, Mumbai.

About Ulka Gupta
Ulka Gupta is a celebrated actress in Hindi and Telugu cinema and television. She rose to fame for her portrayal of Manu (young Rani Lakshmibai) in the popular Zee TV historical drama Jhansi Ki Rani. After the show’s leap, she re-entered as the character Kaali, further showcasing her acting versatility.
Her film journey began with the Tollywood film Andhra Pori, where she played the lead role of Prashanti. She later appeared in the 2015 Telugu blockbuster Rudhramadevi, which cemented her position as a rising star in South Indian cinema as well.
