Former Secretary of General Wing for JDU in Bihar also Rashtriya Mantri for Mahila Vikas Manch (NGO), Doc. Tara Shweta Arya stated that she never wanted to be the part of political world. As her tremendous ground work brought her to the notice, many of her own strongly suggested that she should become the part of politics for a better endeavour and welfare of her people.

Highly educated with MBBS and Post-graduation in OBG department, the IVF specialist from Kolkata stepped into the ruling party of Bihar, JDU, to make a concrete impact for welfare of people and women empowerment. Her work includes, helping the flood victims of Bihar from 2017, more than 65 camps for medical welfare, free health check-up amd free distribution of medicine to the local affected people. Her core work includes welfare for pregnancy of infertile women and making their place concrete in our society. With a success figure of more than 500 cases she says that this shall remain one of the top most priority of her work.

Her goal is to help people under poverty level to attain a standard lifestyle by educating and empowering them. It brings her immense pleasure and happiness she stated. With blessings of her father and current family support this gem of a person has immensely helped the people of Bihar to get a better life. Not only that, she holds the glam tilts capping Mrs. Bihar, Mrs. India and Mrs. World for the year 2019 with Mrs, National Costume Philippines as well.
