Seeing her on TV in the MDH advertisement repeatedly, we seldom thought she could be a wellness therapist and entrepreneur at the other spectrum of life.
Little did we know the days she’s not shooting for tv, web shows and ads, she’s mostly either doing research in her line of frequency medicine or conducting sessions of healing therapy with several clients.
Having gotten a dual degree of psychology from England and India, she chose her specialization in healing therapy and founded her wellness start-up Mystique, which marks 5 years this February.
Shree Upadhyaya backed this up with more online education in advanced cognitive behavioural therapy and the art of positive psychology from Yale university.
But you know what’s the best part ? Shree Upadhyaya is also an elusive artiste, coming regularly in tv, web series and movies in cameos but shying away from people recognising her and wanting selfies.
When we asked her how does she manage to work as a therapist being in the limelight of having a public career, she said that throughout her career in performing arts, she was either studying or working alongside her training and career in arts so never felt a big shift.
Besides if you just treat each chore as a job and nothing more, it keeps you centered or grounded with who you are as a person.
Her latest innings were in hit tv shows Star Plus’ Teri Meri Doriyan, Dangal 2 Special task force, the most popular show CID and Sony Liv’s Pushpa impossible.
Along the advertisement front, Shree Upadhyaya did Utrade Algos with famous Marathi actress Shubhangi Latkar and Gogas LPG ad with superstar Ajay Devgn crossing million views on YouTube.
This, in turn, helped her in jumping her YouTube viewership to a whopping 13+ million views.
Her AI brand promotion for Dark fantasy with Srk also went viral on instagram recently after youtube promotions last year.
All in all, it’s looking up for our multifaceted girl who doesn’t take the public side of her work seriously even while succeeding.
With her start-up Mystique, Shree Upadhyaya has now launched different therapy sections for her honoured clients like Candle faith healing, different techniques of shadow work, letters’ manifestation methods and lucky person syndrome after introducing game changers like Lightwork self healing meditations, Dramatherapy, journal therapy and movement therapy in India.
An impressive feat with so much more to come, we wish Shree Upadhyaya a blissful journey.
