Sooryavanshi: Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer action-packed film Sooryavanshi is all set to go on the floors on 6th May in Mumbai. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif pair will come together on the big screen after nine years. The duo of Akshay-Katrina was last seen together in Tees Maar Khan.
According to reports, Akshay and Katrina start shooting for the film from Monday next week. A source close to the development told a news portal that Akshay and Katrina will kickstart the first schedule of Sooryavanshi in Mumbai and it will be around 10-12 days long. They will be filming some romantic scenes in a set that is being designed in Mehboob Studios. After wrapping up the first schedule, the film unit will head to Bangkok to film larger than life introductory scenes for Akshay and it is unlikely that Katrina will join them.
Sooryavanshi, directed by Rohit Shetty, features Akshay Kumar as an ATS cop and Katrina Kaif. The film will be the fourth film in what has been described as Rohit Shetty’s cop universe.
Apart from Sooryavanshi, Akshay Kumar will be seen films like Good News, Housefull 4, Laxmi Bomb Prithviraj Chauhan biopic and Mission Mangal. Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif is currently busy promoting her next film, Bharat.
