The latest poster features Akshay Kumar as a Sikh warrior. The tagline of the poster reads, “Aaj Meri Pagdi Bhi Kesari...Jo Bahega Mera Woh Lahu Bhi Kesari... Aur Mera Jawaab Bhi Kesari.” Kesari is based on the Battle of Saragarhi which was fought in India. The film produced by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions banner and helmed by Anurag Singh. Kesari also stars Parineeti Chopra in the lead role along with Akshay Kumar and is all set to release on 21st March 2018. Akshay Kumar last released film Gold declared Hit at the Box Office. The film joined 100 Crore Club despite clashing with John Abraham starrer Satyamev Jayate.
