Big Blow for ‘The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show’ Fans: Here’s What You Need to Know
Rumors have been swirling lately about the possible end of Kapil Sharma’s comedy show, “The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show,” which has been entertaining audiences through Netflix. Amidst these speculations, a major setback has struck the show’s journey on the streaming platform. Let’s dive into the details.
For the past few days, there have been talks about Kapil Sharma’s show coming to an end. However, TV9 Hindi Digital has clarified that the show will not end just yet; instead, it will conclude after streaming a total of 13 episodes. Meanwhile, an important update regarding the show has emerged.
The show premiered on March 30th, indicating that it has been on air for over a month now. However, according to recent reports, it appears that the show is no longer included in Netflix’s top 10 global list after running for four weeks.
In the fourth episode of the show, Vicky Kaushal made an appearance with his younger brother Sunny Kaushal. It is said that following this episode, the show dropped out of the top 10 rankings. Notably, in the fifth episode, the ‘Mr. Perfectionist’ Aamir Khan graced Kapil’s show for the first time, garnering significant attention on social media. However, if we believe the recent reports, this episode also failed to secure a spot in Netflix’s top 10 list.
As for the duration of Kapil’s show, it has seen appearances from various celebrities including Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor, cricketers Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer, and stars of the movie ‘Cirkus’ (Imtiaz, Parineeti, and Diljit). With a total of six episodes already streamed, viewers can expect seven more episodes in the coming days. Thus, the show is expected to run for another one and a half months before concluding its first season. Afterward, Kapil and the entire team will return with a new season.
