Arjun Rampal Explains Why He Hasn’t Married Gabriella Demetriades Yet
Arjun Rampal and Mehr Jesia ended their marriage in 2019, after tying the knot in 1998. They have two daughters, Mahikaa and Myra. Post-divorce, Arjun entered into a relationship with South African model Gabriella Demetriades. The couple has two sons, Eric and Arik, but they haven’t married yet.

Why Hasn’t Arjun Rampal Married Gabriella Demetriades?
In a recent interview on the Beer Biceps podcast, Arjun Rampal opened up about why he hasn’t married Gabriella. He explained, “It’s neither me nor her. What is marriage? It’s just a piece of paper. I believe we are already married. I have no doubts about it. Sometimes, that piece of paper can trap you, making it feel permanent. But in reality, it’s a misconception; you’re just legally bound.”

Discussing their relationship further, Arjun said, “It can change your perspective towards each other. We both feel the same way. Everything that has happened between us is very natural. I don’t want to talk more about it because I don’t want to jinx it. I don’t think I need to prove myself to anyone. Our relationship is beautiful to us, and we should experience it as long as possible. In our minds, we are married. We guide each other in the right direction and are also lovers.”
Future Plans and Family Dynamics
Arjun continued, “I’m not advising anyone or suggesting people go against the institution of marriage. We might get married someday. You never know what the future holds. I have two beautiful sons. I’m lucky that my daughters from my first marriage are also well-settled and happy with Mehr.”
