Netflix continues to see a varied mix of films dominate its India Top 10 chart. The latest rankings include new South Indian releases, Bollywood titles and popular films that have stayed on the chart for several weeks.
According to Netflix’s official Top 10 data for India covering September 14 to September 20, 2026, Vishwanath & Sons occupied the No. 1 position, followed by Irumudi and Modha Rathri. Dhamaal 4 also featured prominently at No. 6.
However, the daily rankings have continued to shift since then. On September 24, third-party Netflix tracking data placed Irumudi at No. 1, followed by Modha Rathri, while Dhamaal 4 remained inside the Top 10 at No. 9.
1. Irumudi
Irumudi has emerged as one of the strongest recent performers on Netflix India. The South Indian film climbed to the top of the daily movie chart on September 24, according to Netflix tracking data.
The film also appeared at No. 2 in Netflix’s official weekly India ranking for September 14–20, showing that its popularity has continued beyond its initial release window.
2. Modha Rathri
Another South Indian title making a strong impact is Modha Rathri. The film was placed at No. 2 in Netflix India’s September 24 daily ranking, immediately behind Irumudi.
It had also ranked third in Netflix’s official weekly chart for September 14–20, making it one of the newer titles to establish a significant presence among Indian viewers.
3. Vishwanath & Sons
Vishwanath & Sons has maintained a strong position after spending multiple weeks on Netflix. It topped Netflix India’s official weekly movie chart for September 14–20.
The film was still among the leading titles on September 24, although daily tracking placed it at No. 4 after Irumudi, Modha Rathri and Baby Do Die Do.
4. Lust Stories 3
The anthology Lust Stories 3 has also managed to secure a place among Netflix India’s most-watched films.
It ranked No. 4 in the official Netflix weekly chart for September 14–20. The anthology continued to feature in the daily Top 10 several days later, although its position had shifted as newer titles entered the chart.
5. G.D.N
R. Madhavan’s G.D.N is another title that has remained visible on Netflix India’s movie rankings.
The biographical film, based on inventor and industrialist G.D. Naidu, ranked No. 5 in Netflix’s official weekly India chart for September 14–20. It was still in the Top 10 on September 24, when daily tracking placed it at No. 8.
6. Dhamaal 4
Ajay Devgn’s Dhamaal 4 continues to attract viewers even after its theatrical run. The comedy franchise’s fourth instalment features Devgn alongside Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaaferi.
The film ranked No. 6 in Netflix’s official weekly India movie chart for September 14–20.
By September 24, Dhamaal 4 was still inside the daily Top 10, sitting at No. 9.
The film began streaming on Netflix on September 4 after its July theatrical release.
7. Gandhari
Taapsee Pannu’s action thriller Gandhari has also remained part of Netflix India’s popular movie lineup.
The film was No. 7 in Netflix’s official weekly chart for September 14–20 and continued to appear in the daily Top 10 later in the month.
The story follows a mother who embarks on a difficult mission to find and rescue her kidnapped daughter, giving Pannu another action-oriented role on the streaming platform.
8. Korean Kanakaraju
Korean Kanakaraju has also maintained a presence in Netflix India’s Top 10.
The South Indian film ranked No. 8 in Netflix’s official weekly chart for September 14–20. It remained among the Top 10 on September 24, when it was positioned at No. 10.
Its continued appearance highlights the strong demand for regional-language entertainment among Netflix’s Indian audience.
9. Alpha
Alia Bhatt and Sharvari’s Alpha was another notable title in Netflix’s weekly rankings. It occupied No. 9 in the official September 14–20 chart after spending several weeks on the list.
The film has therefore maintained visibility on the platform even as newer releases have entered Netflix’s Top 10.
10. Cocktail 2
Cocktail 2, starring Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna, completed the official Netflix India Top 10 for the September 14–20 period.
The film was ranked No. 10 in Netflix’s weekly chart and had already spent six weeks in the ranking.
Its extended run suggests continued interest from viewers despite several newer titles arriving on the platform.
