Tiger Shroff Sells Mumbai Apartment for ₹9 Crore

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for ₹9 crore. The property, purchased in 2018 for ₹7.61 crore, recorded an increase of around 18.3% in its transaction value. The deal comes days after a firing incident involving the actor in Mumbai’s Juhu area

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold a residential apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for ₹9 crore, according to property registration documents. The transaction was registered on October 22, 2026, as per details shared by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.

The sale has attracted attention because the actor purchased the apartment in 2018 for ₹7.61 crore. The latest transaction represents an increase of approximately ₹1.39 crore over its original purchase price, before accounting for taxes, maintenance, registration expenses and other costs.

The property deal also comes days after a firing incident involving Tiger Shroff in Mumbai’s Juhu area, although there is no confirmed evidence linking the two events.

Inside Tiger Shroff’s ₹9 Crore Property Deal

The apartment is located on the ninth floor of Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society in Khar West, one of Mumbai’s established residential neighbourhoods.

According to the registration details, the property has a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet, along with an additional exclusive area of 95.80 square feet. The transaction also includes two covered car parking spaces.

The buyers paid stamp duty of ₹54 lakh as part of the transaction. Based on the combined carpet and exclusive areas, the deal was registered at approximately ₹64,891 per square foot.

Tiger had purchased the apartment directly from developer Keystone Realtors Private Limited on July 17, 2018. He reportedly took possession of the property on November 30, 2019.

The actor was not available for comment on the sale, according to reports.

How Much Did Tiger Shroff Gain From the Sale?

Tiger Shroff’s latest property transaction reflects an increase in the apartment’s value since its original purchase.

He bought the property for ₹7.61 crore in 2018 and sold it for ₹9 crore in October 2026. The difference between the two transaction values is approximately ₹1.39 crore, representing an increase of around 18.3%.

However, this figure should not be treated as his final profit. Expenses related to property ownership, maintenance, interiors, taxes and transaction costs can affect the actual financial return.

The deal nevertheless adds to the actor’s recent activity in the premium residential property market.

Tiger Shroff’s Other Recent Property Sales

The Khar West transaction is not the first property sale involving Tiger Shroff in recent years.

In 2025, the actor reportedly sold another apartment in the same Rustomjee Paramount residential project for ₹15.6 crore. He had purchased that property in 2018 for ₹11.62 crore, according to property documents reviewed by Square Yards.

Earlier in 2026, Tiger also sold a residential property in Pune’s Hadapsar area for ₹8.87 crore. He had bought the apartment in March 2024 for ₹7.5 crore, representing a gross increase of approximately 18.3% over the original purchase price.

The Pune property was located in the Yoo Pune development by Panchshil Realty and measured approximately 4,249 square feet. The transaction included three parking spaces.

Together, these deals highlight the actor’s involvement in high-value residential property transactions across Mumbai and Pune.

Sale Comes Days After Mumbai Firing Incident

Tiger Shroff was recently in the news after a firing incident near his residence in Mumbai’s Juhu area on October 18, 2026.

According to media reports, several rounds were fired at or near the actor’s vehicle before the alleged attackers fled on a motorcycle. Tiger reportedly escaped serious injury, while his driver and a bystander sustained injuries.

The property sale was registered four days after the incident, drawing additional attention to its timing. However, the registration date alone does not establish that the transaction was connected to the firing incident or that security concerns influenced the decision to sell.

Property deals of this value can involve negotiations and documentation well before their formal registration, and no confirmed statement from Tiger has established a link between the two developments.

What the Deal Says About Mumbai’s Luxury Property Market

Khar West remains an established residential location in Mumbai’s western suburbs, with access to neighbouring areas such as Bandra and Santacruz.

The latest transaction at Rustomjee Paramount offers another example of a high-value resale in Mumbai’s premium housing segment. The apartment’s sale price was higher than its original purchase price, although the increase does not necessarily represent the seller’s net profit.

For Tiger Shroff, the ₹9 crore sale adds another notable property transaction to his recent portfolio activity. The actor, who made his Bollywood debut with Heropanti in 2014, is known for his action films and dance performances.
