A Smart Investment

Suniel Shetty, who rose to prominence in the 1990s as one of the highest-earning stars in Bollywood, is not just a talented actor but also a savvy businessman. Recently, he added another impressive asset to his portfolio, showcasing his knack for smart investments.

The property, located in Khar, was acquired through a bank auction, as confirmed by registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The total cost of the property is reported to be ₹8.01 crore, which includes a stamp duty of ₹40.08 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

Family Real Estate Moves

This latest purchase follows a similar move by Suniel’s daughter, Athiya Shetty, who recently bought a flat in Pali Hill with her husband, cricketer KL Rahul. Their apartment, located on the second floor of the Sandhu Palace building, covers an area of 3,350 square feet and was purchased for ₹20 crore.

Upcoming Film Projects

Suniel Shetty is gearing up to make his return to the silver screen after a three-year hiatus. He was last seen in Mumbai Saga, which didn’t perform as expected at the box office. This time, he will star alongside Akshay Kumar in the comedy-drama Welcome to the Jungle. Meanwhile, Ahan Shetty, who made his debut in 2021 with Tadap, is set to appear in the highly anticipated Border 2.

With their recent real estate investments and upcoming film projects, both Suniel and Ahan Shetty are poised to make a significant impact in the industry.
