Following Adil’s complaint, an FIR was registered against Rakhi under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including Section 500 (defamation), Section 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention), and Section 67A (publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form).

Rakhi Sawant’s legal troubles seem to be escalating, with the Supreme Court’s recent decision posing new challenges for her. The actress is expected to follow the court’s directive and surrender before the lower court within the given timeframe to avoid further legal complications.
