Bollywood News: A decades-old controversy involving Ranvir Shorey, Pooja Bhatt and her brother Rahul Bhatt has returned to the spotlight after Rahul opened up about the physical confrontation that followed Ranvir and Pooja’s highly publicised breakup.

Rahul further claimed that Ranvir came forward during the compounding of the offence and that the FIR was eventually quashed.

However, he also said that an important part of the story remained missing. Ranvir stated that defending oneself against violence should not be described simply as “hitting.”
His response indicates that he disputes the version of events surrounding his relationship with Pooja and maintains that he was defending himself during the situation.
Ranvir And Pooja Bhatt’s Relationship
Ranvir Shorey and Pooja Bhatt were in a relationship in the early 2000s and reportedly lived together before their relationship ended around 2002.
Pooja had previously accused Ranvir of physical and verbal abuse, particularly in connection with drinking. Ranvir has denied those allegations.
