Aliya, who previously participated in ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’, had expressed her intent to distance herself from social media and the entertainment industry following controversies involving Nawazuddin. In a candid interview with Times of India last September, she emphasized her concern for Shora’s upbringing in the digital age, leading to her decision to step away from both social media and the entertainment business.
“My daughter Shora, at 13, was glued to her phone. I realized that if I don’t quit social media, she won’t either. Today’s generation is heading in the wrong direction,” Aliya remarked, highlighting her priority to dedicate time solely to her children.
Despite the earlier controversies, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aliya have focused on fostering a nurturing environment for their children, with Shora’s birthday celebrations serving as a testament to their shared commitment to family.
