Kartik Aaryan has returned to work in London after receiving the National Award for Best Actor for his performance in Chandu Champion.

Kartik Aaryan recently received the Best Actor National Award for his performance in Kabir Khan's Chandu Champion.
The honour was presented at the 72nd National Film Awards ceremony in Gujarat on September 22, 2026. Kartik portrayed Paralympic gold medallist Murlikant Petkar in the sports drama, a role that required extensive physical preparation.
After receiving the award, Kartik described the achievement as a dream moment and thanked director Kabir Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala for trusting him with the role.
