A Heartfelt Farewell to Menaka Irani
Menaka Irani, aged 79, passed away after a prolonged illness. She had been unwell for quite some time and was recently brought home from Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. Unfortunately, her condition worsened suddenly, leading to her readmission to the hospital, where she breathed her last on Friday. This loss has deeply affected Farah Khan, who was seen for the first time after her mother’s demise, looking visibly distressed.

In this tough time, Shah Rukh Khan, known for his close bond with Farah, visited her home to console her. Alongside him were his wife Gauri and daughter Suhana. Shah Rukh embraced Farah warmly, offering his heartfelt condolences. The emotional moment was captured as Farah walked Shah Rukh and his family out, showing her gratitude for their support.
Celebrities Offer Condolences
Farah Khan was spotted for the first time post her mother’s demise when she came out to see Shah Rukh Khan off. The moment was shared by celebrity paparazzi Viral Bhayani on Instagram, highlighting the emotional support Shah Rukh provided to Farah. Despite the somber occasion, Shah Rukh’s security maintained their routine, keeping him shielded with an umbrella.
A Show of Solidarity from Bollywood
Shah Rukh Khan was not the only one to visit Farah during this time of mourning. Several other Bollywood personalities, including Rani Mukerji, Hrithik Roshan, Shilpa Shetty, Shiv Thakare, and Bhushan Kumar, were seen at Farah’s residence. Abhishek Bachchan, along with his sister Shweta Bachchan Nanda and nephew Agastya Nanda, also paid their respects.
Farah Khan’s father, Kamran Khan, had passed away many years ago, and now Farah Khan mother passing marks another significant loss for her. It is poignant to note that Menaka Irani had celebrated her 79th birthday just a couple of weeks before her passing, on July 12.
