Just a minute later, at 12:21 a.m., another call followed, where the caller warned that failure to pay within two days could result in dire consequences, even hinting at taking her life. Concerned for her safety, Akshara promptly reported the matter to the police, who began their investigation without delay. The case has been filed at Danapur Police Station in Patna. Authorities confirmed that Akshara Singh lodged a formal complaint, and steps have been taken to trace the phone numbers used by the culprits. Additionally, Akshara Singh has requested police protection to ensure her safety amid this threatening situation.
