John Abraham, who is currently gearing up for his forthcoming film Satyamev Jayate release, teams up with Bhushan Kumar and Nikkhil Advani for Batla House. Batla House, which will go on floors from September, will be shot in Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow and Jaipur.
Trade Expert Taran Adarsh confirming the news on his Twitter account. He wrote: “IT’S OFFICIAL… Bhushan Kumar, Nikkhil Advani and John Abraham join hands for #BatlaHouse… All three will jointly produce the film… Directed by Nikkhil Advani… Written by Ritesh Shah… Starts Sept 2018… Filming in Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mumbai and Nepal.”

Co-produced by John Abraham, Bhushan Kumar and Nikkhil Advani, the film based on Batla House encounter. John Abraham will essay the role of Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, who lead Batla House encounter. The film is written by Ritesh Shah and helmed by Nikkhil Advani.
Nikkhil and John last worked together in Salaam-e-Ishq and Batala House is the second collaboration between John and Nikkhil Advani after Salaam-e-Ishq.
Apart from Batala House, John also starred in Romeo Akbar Walter along with Jackie Shroff and Mouni Roy.
