Archana Puran Singh has shared her thoughts on her younger son Ayushmaan Sethi’s relationship with yoga instructor Samiksha Shetty. The couple has been together for around one-and-a-half years, and their relationship has recently become a talking point after Ayushmaan opened up about it on his YouTube channel.
Samiksha is six years older than Ayushmaan, but the age difference does not appear to concern the Sethi family. In fact, Archana has openly supported their relationship and described the two as a “perfect couple.”

Archana revealed that she feels Ayushmaan and Samiksha complement each other extremely well. According to the actress, both are calm, share positive energy and rarely fight.

Archana also recalled the advice she gave her son when she realised that his relationship with Samiksha was becoming serious.

She told him that finding a genuinely good person can be a matter of destiny and that he should not overthink whether the timing was perfect. Her advice was essentially to appreciate the relationship and make an effort to preserve it.

How Ayushmaan and Samiksha Fell in Love
Ayushmaan and Samiksha revealed that their relationship did not begin as a typical romantic story. The two reportedly met through actor Yogita Bihani, who is engaged to Ayushmaan’s elder brother Aaryamann Sethi.
When Samiksha first met Ayushmaan, she did not initially consider him a potential partner. She even thought of him as a “kid.” At the time, both were coming out of difficult relationships.
Their equation gradually changed as they spent more time together. Samiksha eventually began appreciating Ayushmaan’s maturity and personality, while their friendship slowly developed into a romantic relationship.

One important moment reportedly brought the couple closer. Samiksha went through a medical crisis, and Ayushmaan stayed by her side during the difficult period.

Archana is not the only member of the family who has welcomed the relationship. Ayushmaan’s father, actor Parmeet Sethi, has also spoken positively about the couple.
He described their relationship as strong, beautiful and positive, adding that they complete each other. His comments further underline the family’s acceptance of Samiksha.
For Archana and Parmeet, the focus appears to be on whether their son has found someone with whom he shares a healthy and meaningful bond rather than on the age difference.
