Anushka Sharma and her family have made a major real estate investment in Mumbai. The actress, along with her parents and husband Virat Kohli, has purchased three luxury apartments at Godrej Skyshore, a premium residential project located on Yari Road in Versova. The combined value of the three properties is reportedly around ₹44.1 crore.
What makes the purchase particularly interesting is that all three apartments are located on the 24th floor of Tower A. Anushka purchased one apartment individually, her parents bought the adjoining apartment, while Anushka and Virat jointly acquired a third home in the same project.
According to property registration documents accessed by real estate data platforms and cited by multiple reports, the transactions were completed in July 2026. The purchases add another significant property investment to the couple's growing real estate portfolio.
Anushka Sharma Buys a ₹14.9 Crore Apartment
Anushka Sharma's individual purchase is reportedly worth nearly ₹14.9 crore. The transaction was registered on July 8, 2026, and the apartment is situated on the 24th floor of Tower A at Godrej Skyshore.
The property has a total area of approximately 2,153.7 square feet, including around 2,026 square feet of carpet area and approximately 128 square feet of exclusive balcony or terrace space. The apartment also comes with three covered basement parking spaces.
Reports based on registration documents say Anushka paid approximately ₹74.48 lakh in stamp duty for the transaction. The apartment was purchased from One-Stop Business Services LLP, while Godrej Properties is developing the residential project.
The agreement reportedly indicates that possession is expected on or before June 30, 2031, suggesting that the project is still under construction.
Anushka Sharma’s Parents Buy the Adjoining Apartment
The property purchase becomes even more notable because Anushka's parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, also purchased an apartment in the same tower and on the same floor.
Their apartment reportedly measures around 1,577 square feet in total, including approximately 1,477.8 square feet of carpet area and nearly 99.2 square feet of balcony or terrace space.
The property was purchased for approximately ₹10.91 crore, with stamp duty of around ₹65.45 lakh. It comes with two covered basement parking spaces.
Together, Anushka's apartment and her parents' adjoining property are worth around ₹25.8 crore and cover approximately 3,731 square feet of total area. The two apartments collectively come with five covered parking spaces.
Based on the registered consideration and carpet area, the two properties work out to roughly ₹73,500–₹74,000 per square foot.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli Also Buy a Third Flat
The family's property purchases did not end with the two adjoining apartments. Anushka and Virat Kohli also jointly purchased another apartment in the same Godrej Skyshore project.
According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, the couple bought the third apartment for approximately ₹18.29 crore. The transaction was registered on July 21, 2026.
The couple reportedly paid around ₹1.09 crore in stamp duty for the purchase. The apartment is also located on the 24th floor of Tower A, bringing the combined value of the three family purchases to approximately ₹44.1 crore.
The arrangement means that Anushka, her parents and the couple have homes within the same floor of one premium residential development. While the exact reason for purchasing the properties together has not been publicly explained, having adjoining or nearby homes can offer families greater proximity while allowing separate living spaces.
Godrej Skyshore Property Is Still Under Construction
Godrej Skyshore is being developed by Godrej Properties on Yari Road in Mumbai's Versova. The project is positioned as a luxury residential development, making it an attractive location for high-value property buyers.
The registration documents indicate that possession of the apartments is expected by June 30, 2031, subject to the terms of the respective agreements. This means the three homes are not ready-to-move-in residences at present.
For Anushka and Virat, the purchase represents another substantial investment in Mumbai's premium real estate market. The couple has previously made significant property investments outside the city as well.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s Alibaug Investment
The Mumbai purchases come only months after another major real estate transaction involving Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli.
In January 2026, the couple reportedly purchased two adjoining land parcels measuring approximately 5.19 acres in Zirad village, Alibaug, for around ₹37.86 crore. The transaction was registered on January 13, with stamp duty of approximately ₹2.27 crore.
This was reportedly their second major land acquisition in Alibaug. In 2022, the couple had purchased nearly eight acres in the area through two transactions for around ₹19.24 crore and subsequently developed a luxury holiday home there.
Their latest Mumbai property purchases therefore add to a series of high-value real estate investments made by the couple in recent years.
Anushka Sharma’s Property Portfolio Remains in Focus
Anushka Sharma has maintained a relatively low profile on the acting front in recent years, but her business and investment interests continue to attract attention. Her marriage to Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has also kept the couple among India's most closely followed celebrity families.
