According to reports from Square Yards, the rental agreement stipulates a monthly rent of ₹7 lakh. The lease and license agreement was finalized in September, and a stamp duty of ₹1.12 lakh was paid for the transaction.
The office space, situated in Signature Tower on Veera Desai Road, spans 3,455 square feet and includes two parking spaces. The lease agreement is set for a duration of 60 months, with an initial deposit of ₹30 lakh.

This lease agreement follows a trend of high-profile property rentals in Mumbai. Recently, actress Shraddha Kapoor rented a flat from Hrithik Roshan in Juhu, and Kartik Aaryan leased an apartment in the same area for approximately ₹18 crore.
