Bollywood actor Aadar Jain and Alekha Advani have officially registered their marriage, giving their relationship a legal stamp more than a year after their lavish wedding celebrations. The couple completed the formalities in Mumbai on September 23, 2026, during the festive period of Ganesh Chaturthi.
Aadar shared a series of pictures from the occasion on social media, offering fans a glimpse of the couple signing their marriage documents and celebrating the milestone together. His mother, Reema Jain, was also seen in the pictures, making the occasion a family affair.
Aadar’s Fun ‘Trial Period’ Announcement
While announcing the news, Aadar Jain chose a rather humorous way to describe the occasion. Along with the photographs, he joked that their “trial period” was over and added that there would be “no returns, no exchanges, no take-backs.”
He further described himself and Alekha as officially Mr. and Mrs. Jain and thanked Ganpati Bappa for blessing them. The playful caption quickly added a personal touch to what was otherwise an important legal milestone for the couple.

They later celebrated their traditional Hindu wedding in Mumbai in February 2025. Alekha embraced a traditional bridal look in a red lehenga featuring gold embroidery and statement jewellery, while Aadar wore an ivory sherwani with an emerald necklace and safa.
The celebrations brought together several prominent names from Bollywood and the Kapoor family. Celebrities including Rekha, Gauri Khan, Suhana Khan, Ananya Panday and Anil Kapoor were among those reported to have attended the festivities.
Aadar Jain’s Kapoor Family Connection
Aadar Jain comes from one of Bollywood’s most well-known film families. He is the son of Reema Jain and the grandson of legendary filmmaker Raj Kapoor. He is also a cousin of actors Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor.
Aadar entered the Hindi film industry as an actor with Qaidi Band in 2017. He later appeared in Hello Charlie. He has also worked behind the scenes, including as an assistant director on Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
