Gold movie Sunday box office collection: Akshay Kumar starrer Gold has an exceptional extended opening weekend. After a huge dip on the second day, the Akshay Kumar starrer film has managed to remain consistent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Reema Kagati directorial film Gold collected 15.55 crores on Sunday (Day 5) at the domestic box office. The film now stands with 71.30 crores at the Indian box office.

The film garnered strong word of mouth from critics and the Audience, and it’s interesting to see how the film performs at the box office on weekdays. Akshay Kumar’s Gold released on 15th August along with Milap Zaveri’s Satyamev Jayate, which stars John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee in the lead role.

Gold, which is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sindhwani under Excel Entertainment banner, also stars Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Vineet Kumar Singh, Mouni Roy and Sunny Kaushal.
