He established a strong educational foundation before starting an organisation that will transform many lives. He was born on March 23, 1992. After earning his civil engineering degree from Mumbai University, he had the knowledge and abilities to recognise and address urgent societal concerns. At first glance, he could appear to be just another brilliant young professional, yet the Hopemirror Foundation, an NGO he started, has had nothing short of a stunning impact.

Ramzan Shaikh, who comes from a lowly family, has clear memories of the difficulties he had as a child. He believes, with a tinge of nostalgia, “I saw poverty personally. A single meal was occasionally regarded as a blessing for my grandfather, a labourer.

Ramzan Shaikh’s passionate desire to help those in need grew as his financial condition got better thanks to his tireless work. He and his like-minded college friends realised it was imperative to act and aid people in need when the epidemic broke out in 2020. “The pandemic brought immense suffering to people struggling with physical and mental health issues,” Ramzan Shaikh said. COVID destroyed the lives of hundreds of people. That’s when I, along with like-minded college classmates, founded the HopeMirror Foundation in March 2020.” Further registration was done on June 15, 2020.

Ramzan Shaikh and his group put in endless effort to help those in need throughout the lockdown. On his Instagram profile, he posted his contact information and offered assistance to anyone in need. Calls for assistance poured in from all directions, including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Panvel, Mumbra, and everywhere, and the response was overwhelmingly positive.

The Hopemirror Foundation and its founder, Ramzan Shaikh, were honoured by Mr. Ramdas Athawale, the Indian Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, for their exceptional work by giving them a letter of commendation. The foundation has made nothing short of extraordinary contributions in the areas of rural development, education, healthcare, sports, women’s emancipation, and senior support. This demonstrates Ramzan Shaikh’s unwavering commitment. Mr. Athawale’s honour highlights the crucial role people like Ramzan Shaikh play in establishing a better future for our country, in addition to recognising the foundation’s outstanding accomplishments.
