On the mark… Fatal Chapter 1, an upcoming film, written & Directed by Chinii Chetan
Highlighting the role of suicide committed by young adults, The film ‘Fatal Chapter 1’ Written & Directed by Chinii Chetan is based on real life events. Unlike most commercial films, Fatal follows the story of the young generation, consumed by social media & the web world that may also have horrific consequences. Realism combined with Bollywood style action. Writer & Director Chinii Chetan has crafted an amalgamation of truth with elements of fiction.
Produced under the Banner ‘Likap Films’ in association with ‘ZAAR Films’, the producers DKR Sharma, Keshar Singh Bhandari & Rishab Chhabria were left wide eyed after reading the script. The cast of this film is a well-known actor Suresh Vishwakarma who has also acted in biggest hit films like Sairat & Mulshi Pattern. In this film, he plays an honest cop facing an invincible enemy. Alongside him are well known actors like Sunil Mani, Zuber K Khan, Manisha Tambade, Soonia Prajapti, Shubham Surve, Roshni Singh, Vishnu Chaudhry, Mahesh Govardankar, Ramnath Katore, Pradip Fatangare and Ahmed Khan Razvi. The films’s D.O.P. is Ninad Tambe, editor Arun D Yadav and casting done by Ahmed Khan Razvi.
The Movie Fatal Chapter 1 also has a heart touching sad song sung by Popular Bollywood Singer Shahid Mallya. The filming was done in different locations of Maharashtra. The initial filming was done as movie but news of the Pandemic hovering, the maker decided to converted it into five episode series for a popular OTT platform.
The Versatile Film Maker Chinii Chetan is originally known as Dance Director in Indian Film Industry. He has also directed two films as a ghost director. His Independent directorial Debut ‘Fatal Chapter 1’ is sure to impress the viewer’s with its edgy concept. Releasing in 2023 ‘Fatal Chapter 1’ will either be brought to theaters or with pandemic knocking on doors as series on OTT.
