Recently, in an event held in Chennai as part of the film’s promotional tour, actor Ranbir Kapoor disclosed the reason behind naming the movie ‘Animal.’ When asked about the significance of the title, he hinted at the nuanced portrayal of characters, including his own, and emphasized the need to experience the film to truly comprehend its essence.
Expressing his thoughts, Ranbir Kapoor stated, “I believe you’re looking at this film from the perspective of the characters I and others portray, which I cannot delve into. Once you watch the movie, you’ll understand.” He continued, shedding light on director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s rationale behind naming the film ‘Animal,’ citing the behavior of animals as inspiration. “Animals act instinctively, not thinking but behaving naturally. Similarly, the character I portray behaves instinctively to protect his family. The name ‘Animal’ reflects this essence, fitting perfectly once you watch the film.”
The ‘Animal’ team has been actively engaging in promotional events across different cities. The insights shared by Kapoor in Chennai have added a layer of intrigue to the film, generating significant interest and discussions on social media.
