Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for drug possession, which was a high-profile case at that time. Recently, the superintendent of NCB, Vishwa Vijay Singh, has been terminated, who was reportedly a crucial member of the team that conducted a raid on the Cordelia cruise in Mumbai. It was alleged that the NCB busted a drug racket during the raid.

An NCB officer named Vishwa Vijay Singh has been terminated from his position, and reports suggest that he played a pivotal role in the arrest of Aryan Khan during a drug bust. According to recent reports, Singh was ordered to be investigated in April 2022, which eventually led to his suspension and dismissal. It is said that Singh accompanied Sameer Wankhede during the Cordelia cruise raid and even led a team of officers during a visit to Shah Rukh Khan’s residence, Mannat, as part of the drug raid investigation.

Regarding the Aryan Khan drug case, readers may remember that the NCB, led by Sameer Wankhede, had arrested seventeen prominent individuals and allegedly seized various drugs and cash during a raid. Aryan Khan was among those arrested and later granted bail due to insufficient evidence. The NCB Mumbai team faced a vigilance inquiry in November 2022 for discrepancies during the raid and providing witnesses with prior criminal records. As a result of the inquiry, the department took action against seven officers, whose identities were kept anonymous.
