Based on the story of ISRo’s scientists, the film has an ensemble cast which also includes Sharman Joshi, H. G. Dattatreya, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menen, and Kirti Kulhari along with Vidya Balan and Akshay Kumar. Helmed by Jagan Shakti, Mission Mangal is releasing on August 15 on the occasion of Independence Day.
