South superstar Akkineni Nagarjuna joins Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt for Ayan Mukerji’s directorial Brahmastra. The actor starts shooting of the film in Bulgaria.
Karan Johar, producer of Brahmastra posted a photo a few hours ago on his Twitter account. In this photo, Alia-Ranbir is seen with Nagarjuna from the film set. Karan Johar wrote: “We are honored and exceptionally excited to have the one and only Nagarjuna doing an extremely “special” role in our film BRAHMASTRA!! Directed by Ayan Mukerji…thank you sir for your love and your beautiful energy!”

With Brahmastra, Nagarjuna returns to Bollywood after 15 years. Earlier the actor was seen in many Bollywood films such as Shiva, Khuda Gawah, Mr. Bechara, LOC Kargil, Angaarey and Zakhm.
Brahmastra also features Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. Apart from Amitabh, TV actress Mauni Roy also will be seen in the film. Presented by Karan Johar, Brahmastra scheduled to release on August 15th, 2019.
