Despite the promising start, Monday saw a dip in earnings for ‘Shaitaan’. The film reportedly earned Rs. 7 crore on Monday, marking a slight decline compared to the weekend figures. While the drop may be considered a setback, the film’s overall performance remains commendable.
Total Earnings
With the latest figures in, ‘Shaitaan’ has amassed a total of Rs.61 crore at the box office so far. Despite the Monday slump, the film continues to attract audiences and maintain a strong presence in theaters.
Inspired by Gujarati Film “Vash”
Directed by Vikas Bahl and produced under the banners of Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and Panorama Studios, ‘Shaitaan’ is a Hindi remake of the 2023 Gujarati film “Vash”. Written and directed by Krishnadev Yagnik, the original film tells the story of a family held captive by a person with supernatural powers within their own home.
