Jani Master Reunites with Family After Jail, Shares Emotional Moment Amid Sexual Assault Allegations
Famous choreographer Jani Master, also known as Sheikh Jani Basha, was recently released from jail after being embroiled in sexual assault allegations. Now out on bail, Jani shared an emotional video on his Instagram, capturing the touching reunion with his family.
Jani Master, known for choreographing hit songs in films like Stree 2 and Pushpa: The Rise, faced serious accusations from a former colleague. A sexual assault case was filed against him, leading to his arrest. However, after spending time in jail, he has been granted bail by the Telangana High Court.
In a heartfelt video shared on his social media, Jani is seen reuniting with his wife and children after 37 days. The video, approximately two minutes long, shows the emotional moment when Jani embraces his kids and wife. As soon as his family spots him, tears flow, and they share an intense moment of relief and joy.

The video is set to the song Papa Meri Jaan from Ranbir Kapoor’s movie Animal, further heightening the emotional atmosphere. Jani can be seen hugging his children tightly and calling his wife over for a warm embrace. His wife, overjoyed to see him again, reflects the pain and relief of being reunited after such a trying time.

In the caption accompanying the video, Jani Master shared a heartfelt note: “In these 37 days, a lot was taken from us. The prayers of my family and well-wishers have brought me back. The truth is often eclipsed, but it never fades, and one day it will shine brighter than ever. This phase of my life, which my entire family has gone through, has scarred my heart forever.”
The Allegations
The allegations against Jani Master were made by a 21-year-old woman who accused him of raping her. The case was filed at the Rayadurgam Police Station in Hyderabad. According to the victim, Jani had been sexually assaulting her for six years, beginning when she was just 16 years old. As a result, the case was filed under the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act, leading to Jani Master’s arrest on September 19 while he was in Goa.
