Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha have recently gotten engaged in a private ceremony held in Delhi, making their relationship official in the presence of their close friends and immediate families. The ceremony was officiated traditionally by Giani Harpreet Singh ji.
Raghav took to sharing pictures from the ceremony and wrote, “She said YES. Everything I prayed for.” The couple, who reportedly studied together at the London School of Economics, looked absolutely adorable in the photos. However, it is unclear when and how they fell in love.
Parineeti Chopra’s outfit was designed by Manish Malhotra, while Raghav wore an achkan designed by his uncle. As per reports, about 150 guests graced the engagement ceremony, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The ceremony commenced with a Sukh Sahib Path.
Prior to the engagement ceremony, Manish Malhotra was seen outside the venue, where paparazzi teased him by asking about the colour of the bride’s outfit. Earlier in the day, Priyanka Chopra Jonas had shared a sneak peek of her own outfit. The actress, who is currently filming for Citadel, will attend the ceremony without her husband Nick Jonas, who is occupied with promoting his latest project.

According to ABP’s report, a close friend of the couple, Radhika Koli, spoke to the paparazzi about the engagement ceremony. When asked about the outfits of Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha, she replied by saying, “They look beautiful.”

Priyanka Chopra Jonas arrived at the venue earlier than the scheduled time to accompany Parineeti Chopra and was seen with her brother Siddharth Chopra, both dressed according to the dress code of the cousin squad in white and an off-shoulder dress, respectively. In an interview with ET, Raghav Chadha’s uncle, Pawan Sachdeva, shared details about Raghav’s outfit, stating that Raghav preferred minimal designs without any embroidery or loud elements. Hence, Sachdeva focused on the fabric, texture, and cuts to create a classic yet stylish ivory-hued achkan for him. Sachdeva added a blush pink pocket square to complete the look.
According to reports, the official photographers covering the engagement ceremony were asked to submit their phones before entering the venue to prevent any photo leaks. The guest list is said to include Aaditya Thackeray, a close friend of Parineeti Chopra, among other reported and rumored attendees.
