In the past decade, the entertainment industry has transformed significantly. While movies and television once dominated, OTT platforms have emerged as a massive stage for talent, often surpassing traditional media. Many actors have gained fame through OTT, and Jitendra Kumar is one of them. He didn’t have a chiseled physique or towering height like a typical hero, but through sheer hard work, he carved a niche for himself in Bollywood.
Jitendra’s journey wasn’t easy. He spent part of his childhood living in a hut, a fact he shared in an interview with Cyrus Broacha. He explained, “I was born in Khairtal, a small town in Alwar district. I clearly remember that we had a hut in the middle of the forest. Though we had a house with two rooms, we also lived in a nearby hut. It was a joint family, and we stayed there for about 6-8 months, even though my father and uncle were civil engineers who eventually built additional rooms.”
