Both Nitish Kumar and Akhilesh Yadav, invited to the Congress-convened meeting, will not grace the gathering, elevating the significance of other notable leaders. Earlier, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee confirmed her absence from the coalition, citing strained ties with the Congress, stating that she was not “informed” about the meeting.
